Duties include:

Assisting the head chef in providing an efficient service.

Compliance with the Food Safety act and our food safety system.

Ensure the highest quality, consistency and standard of food product is served in all outlets.

The successful applicants must have:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Be honest and reliable with a positive approach to service excellence.

Minimum five years’ experience in a commercial kitchen

Be able to work as part of a team.

Multitask and work well under pressure; time management is essential.

Be neat, tidy and well presented at all times.

Able to work on a flexible roster which includes weekends and nights.
