The Pier bar is looking for an experienced Sous Chef & Cook to join their happy environment long term with a November start.
Possible sponsorship for the right candidate.
Looking for
Friendly disposition
Calm under pressure
Experience in grill, larder & pizza
Can lead the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
casual position which can lead to full time or salary
need to work weekends
For Sous Chef Role - Experience in the same or near to position is a must
