We’re seeking a qualified Chef to join our professional team at the Prince Alfred Hotel’s Char’d Restaurant. This is your chance to work in a modern pub, delivering elevated pub classics with creativity and consistency.

Please note: Only applicants with formal chef qualifications (Cert III Commercial Cookery or above) will be considered.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and present dishes to a high standard

Maintain kitchen hygiene, organisation, and compliance

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Collaborate with our Executive Chef to create exceptional menus

What You’ll Bring

Formal chef qualifications (Cert III or higher) – essential

Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
