Responsibilities

Answering client enquiries and taking bookings, including diary management

Coordinating client events and staff initiatives

Assisting with IT issues, finance, and HR support, and implementing new equipment

Generating analytical reports and managing KPIs

Optimising procedures across a variety of areas to increase efficiency

Ensuring office compliance with building management, corporate affairs, and security requirements

Additional tasks where required to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

2+ years experience in an accounting role within professional services

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Time management and organisational skills with precise attention to detail

Fantastic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Experience with Ignition highly regarded
