The Opportunity
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Developing and maintaining quality administrative services to the unit/ facility.
- Providing and ensuring quality assurance at unit/ facility level through financial analysis.
- Supporting the efficient operations of the unit/ facility by facilitating the induction of staff into Service Delivery.
- Undertaking projects and providing an executive support to the Director.
- Facilitating the development and maintenance of quality information management and technology systems for the unit/ facility.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies fixed term and permanent that arise within the next 12 months across the Department of Communities.
