About the role

This full-time Marketing Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Ozzie Collectables' head office near Dandenong South, Victoria. As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide key support to the Marketing team, helping to execute engaging marketing campaigns and drive brand awareness for this leading collectables retailer.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels

Write and edit engaging content for the company website, social media and other marketing materials

Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers and promotional items

Support the planning and execution of events and other marketing initiatives

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities

Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as required

Handle customer enquries and operational tasks

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the retail or e-commerce industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using marketing-related software and tools such as social media platforms, email marketing platforms and design tools

A keen interest in the collectables industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
