Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own commercial litigation matters, running proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide clear, practical advice on complex disputes to a varied client base.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, affidavits and court documents to the highest standard.
• Appear in court and work closely with senior and junior counsel on case strategy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through confident communication.

About You

• 3+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to manage matters independently and achieve strong outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Confident with modern legal research tools and technology.
