We are a dynamic law firm in North Sydney specialising in commercial litigation, building and construction disputes, and employment law. Our practice is quite diverse, and our lawyers regularly act in everything from high-stakes, sophisticated commercial disputes in the Supreme Court of New South Wales exceeding $10 million to disputes in NCAT and Fair Work Commission.

Our litigation office is conveniently located across the road from Victoria Cross Metro station, and a short walk from North Sydney Train station and bus stops.

The Role

We are looking for lawyers with at least 3 years’ post admission experience and be able to work independently and without assistance to join our litigation and disputes team in our rapidly growing practice.

You will work closely alongside our team of solicitors with supervision from the Principal. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

1. Assisting senior solicitors with case preparation and court appearances

2. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents

3. Managing client relationships and providing exceptional legal advice

4. Collaborating with colleagues on complex legal matters

5. Receiving initial client enquiries

6. Filing and document management
