About the role:

• You will take ownership of complex, high-value dispute resolution and litigation matters such as: corporate, commercial, equity and property disputes, private client needs including estate and family held company matters, disputes arising from property transactions and developments, contentious regulatory matters with a particular focus on financial services and disputes arising under the Corporations Act, assisting companies and individuals with investigations and responding to regulatory action by ASIC, ACCC, ATO, internal investigations, public law disputes and more!
• You will run matters end-to-end, craft winning litigation strategies and play a key role in shaping outcomes on challenging, high stakes matters.
• You will have the opportunity to work alongside ex-top-tier and global law firm partners to develop your practice and expertise.

The ideal candidate:

• 7–10 years PQE in commercial and/or regulatory litigation from a recognised litigation practice or law firm.
• Confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail and strategy skills.
• Collaborative leader who mentors juniors and thrives in a high-performing team.
• Commercially astute, client-focussed and eager to develop professionally.
