Servco™ is a high-growth, vertically integrated group transforming the Facilities Management (FM) industry, driven by a purpose to "Professionalise the Trades". Headquartered in Sydney and with a technical field workforce in the major cities across Australia the group is poised for major growth. The combined headcount will soon be 100+ across Head Office and the Field and we are seeking to appoint a Manager HR to bolster our people systems and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, and offboarding

Lead and continuously improve HR policies, systems, and compliance frameworks

Partner with leaders to provide practical, timely support on people and performance matters

Coach managers through employee relations issues with fairness and confidence

Analyse workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and guide decision-making

Design and deliver learning, capability-building, and leadership development initiatives

Champion and embed an organisational culture aligned with our values and mission

What You'll Bring

Degree-qualified HR professional with proven experience in high-growth or dynamic environments

Minimum 7+ years of HR experience required for this senior management position

HR degree or Business degree with relevant HR experience required

Strong generalist HR capability and confidence working closely with executive leadership

Senior manager level experience required to effectively collaborate with executive leadership

Action-oriented decision maker

Demonstrated ability to operate hands-on while also thinking strategically

A builder's mindset — comfortable designing systems and processes from scratch

In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law and HR compliance

High emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and a passion for people

Australian work authorisation required for this position
