- $150,000 - $170,000 + Super, based in Castle Hill, with projects across NSW.

About the Role
This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced WHSE professional to take ownership of safety, systems, and compliance across the business. Working closely with senior leadership and project teams, you will be the sole WHSE lead, providing strategic and practical, hands-on support across the organisation.
This role is focused on mentoring Site Managers and teams, supporting and ensuring ISO and system compliance, while driving continuous improvement across projects. The position offers variety, autonomy, and direct access to decision-makers, with the chance to make a visible impact in a fast-moving construction environment.
Duties:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of the company's WHSE strategy.
- Manage and maintain ISO and OFSC accreditations and audits (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Act as administrator for Hammertech and Procore safety systems.
- Develop, implement, and review WHSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
- Support tender submissions with WHSE input and client-facing documentation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Site Managers and project teams.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders on WHSE matters.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience within construction or related high-risk industry.
- Minimum 5 years' WHSE experience in high-risk environments.
- Knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and ISO standards.
- Strong communicator - confident, approachable, and client-facing.
- Proficiency with Hammertech & Procore.
- Cert IV in WHS, ideally WHS Diploma, and First Aid certification.
- Current driver's licence, willingness to travel to sites across NSW.
