A boutique apartment builder is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a 10-apartment luxury development in Bondi This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable builder that prioritises work-life balance while delivering high-end residential projects.

The project is currently at structures. You’ll be working within a collaborative and well-structured team, including the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and Leading Hand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Lead and motivate the site team to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Oversee WHS compliance, ensuring a safe and positive site environment.

Monitor and report progress, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Leading Hand, ideally on boutique apartment or commercial projects. (structures essential)

Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with all stakeholders.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Solid understanding of construction laws, WHS regulations, and best practices.

Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.

Comfortable using construction management software—Procore experience highly regarded.
