Now, we’re on the hunt for a Marketing Automation Coordinator to supercharge our campaigns and help us take things to the next level. Based in our buzzing Sydney HQ, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving powerful, data-driven email marketing strategies that connect, convert, and inspire.

Your mission: Build, launch, and optimise automated campaigns that don’t just land—they hit. You’ll capture attention, nurture prospects, and drive performance across the board.

What you’ll be doing:

• Crafting & executing high-impact automated email campaigns that attract quality leads and wow our customers
• Using data-driven insights to continually fine-tune performance and maximise ROI
• Owning the automation tool like a pro—managing, tracking, and measuring every campaign from start to finish
• Delivering sharp performance reporting to highlight what’s working—and what needs to go harder

What we're looking for:

• A proven track record in email marketing and automation that drives real results
• Strong analytical skills and a love for optimisation—you’re always looking to level up
• Salesforce experience is ideal.
• Experience with HubSpot / Marketo is key to your success!
• A passion for learning to build customer journeys that are not only smart, but irresistible
