We’re looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Marketing Manager who can help us drive customer retention, increase subscription rates, and deepen engagement through creative and data-driven lifecycle marketing. This is a greenfield role for someone ready to define and execute Our Cow’s customer journey and retention strategy from the ground up.

As the Lifecycle & CRM Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy for customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and CRM campaigns. You’ll be responsible for keeping customers engaged across every stage of their journey, converting one-time buyers into subscribers, and ensuring long-term connection with the Our Cow brand.
We need someone who can leverage customer insights and CRM tools to build personalised journeys, optimise communications, and craft experiences that make Our Cow members feel like part of the family.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Retention & Lifecycle Strategy
Develop and implement strategies that reduce churn, enhance customer retention, and drive subscription growth. Build lifecycle programs that strengthen customer relationships and increase lifetime value.
Turning Customers into Subscribers
Design targeted strategies to convert one-time customers into recurring subscribers, with a focus on subscription growth and repeat engagement.
Data-Driven CRM Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns in Klaviyo that leverage customer data, driving retention, engagement, and conversion. Ensure all messaging is personalised, relevant, and aligned with Our Cow’s mission and values.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting
Use customer data and purchase history to create tailored segments and deliver highly personalised offers and communications.
Lifecycle Journeys & Automations
Build and manage customer lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, nurturing, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns that keep customers coming back for more.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor key metrics such as retention, lifetime value, churn, subscription growth, and campaign performance. Provide regular reporting with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Lead cross-functional efforts to align retention and CRM marketing with overall business objectives.
A/B Testing & Optimisation
Implement A/B tests to continually improve lifecycle and CRM campaigns, refining content, offers, and customer experiences for maximum impact.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in eCommerce or subscription-based businesses.
Skills: Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies. A proven track record of improving customer retention and engagement.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ideally Klaviyo) and marketing automation.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data and generate insights that drive strategy and measurable results.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a talent for crafting compelling, customer-centric messaging.
Passion: A genuine passion for supporting Aussie farmers, promoting sustainability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
