About the role

Join the growing HEQS Wholesale Group as our new Senior Marketing Lead based in Smithfield, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's marketing strategy and executing targeted campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the business's growth objectives

Create engaging, multi-channel content including social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and more

Manage marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery, measuring performance and optimising for better results

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development initiatives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

Manage marketing budgets and report on the performance and return on investment of campaigns

Mentor and guide the marketing team to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality work

Move 'Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics)' and 'Minimum 2 years' experience managing and developing marketing teams' from responsibilities to the 'What we're looking for' section

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the wholesale or distribution industry

Strong background in B2B marketing with demonstrated success in lead generation and account-based marketing strategies

Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns

Strong strategic and analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimise for better results

Experience managing marketing budgets of $100,000+ annually with demonstrated ROI accountability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex ideas into compelling content

Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics tools

Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and SEO/SEM best practices

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (essential) OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Relevant marketing certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) highly desirable

Must have permanent Australian work rights or valid working visa

Proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams of 2-5 people
