Due to significant business growth, an opportunity has become available for an experience sales consultant.

The Position:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be the face of a premium residential development, responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end apartment sales for off the plan stock
• Providing a seamless and informed customer experience from first enquiry through to contract signing
• Building trusted relationships with buyers, referral partners, and internal teams
• Maintaining CRM records and ensuring accuracy across all sales documentation
• Supporting broader sales initiatives and launch events

About You

• Proven success in residential sales in apartments, OTP preferred but not essential and open to experienced sales agent in established
• High end project experience preferred
• Professional, polished, and client-centric
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong market knowledge and ability to guide buyers through the OTP journey preferred
• Saturday availability essential
