scouted. is very excited to be partnering with this Melbourne based Residential Property Developer, who is relatively new to the market but pushing full steam ahead. With several Projects already in the pipeline and a meticulous acquisition strategy, they will execute their vision of becoming the leading affordable Medium Density housing solution provider nationwide, very quickly! With strategic backing and a strong balance sheet, this group are at the stage now where they would like to bring on board, an internal Sales Superstar to manage their growing customer demands.
The Sales Consultant will play a key role in the success of this group, first and foremost acting as the initial Customer Lead for enquiry: managing all related tasks inbound and outbound as well as campaign management, to CRM management, to Sales Partner support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive internal sales of residential land lots through proactive engagement with customer base
- Build strong relationships with buyers, agents, advocates and other and key stakeholders to maximise all sales opportunities
- Support customers through the purchase process with professionalism, market knowledge, and clear communication
- Achieve and ideally exceed targets set by sales management team by nurturing leads, negotiating deals, and closing out contracts
- Understand the buyers market and provide insight to the project team with respect to buyer/purchaser feedback and the presentation of stock
You Will Need:
- Proven experience in a similar sales associate/executive and/or consultant role, ideally with a property developer or agency
- An established network of buyer connections, related sales professionals and knowledge of channel sales partners
- Intrinsic motivation to be successful and the ability to be resilient in the face of rejection - A love of getting the deal done is a must!
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Desire to put in the hard work with an adaptable personality and the ability to thrive in a changing/growing business is essential

- Base salary of circa $80k plus Super based on experience, as well as a very attractive commission structure + KPI BONUS
