We are currently looking for a proactive Payroll Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. About the Role:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working collaboratively amongst a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Process high-volume payroll for a large workforce, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
• Administer employee records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits enrolment.
• Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of deductions, taxes, and other withholdings.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and timely responses.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management, HR, and finance departments.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information.

About You:
