Plan and manage venue operational resources, including inventory control, maintenance scheduling, and supplier coordination.

Ensure accurate financial reconciliation of all event-related revenue and expenses.

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

Demonstrated experience in managing events, staff, and contractors. You are a natural leader with a proven ability to deliver results.

A solid understanding of venue operations, including staging, production, emergency planning, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Licensee (LT) protocols.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Business, Events, or Hospitality) or the ability to demonstrate equivalent skills gained from industry experience.
