The Role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to support our growing customer base. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, helping customers with orders, product information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Process orders and assist with account queries.

Provide product information and recommendations.

Support the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day operations.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Work collaboratively with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

About You:

Previous customer service or retail experience.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using computers, email, and basic order systems.

A positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
