About the role

Farmer's Bakehouse is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Casual Customer Service Assistant to join our team in our bakery in Dubbo, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales and ensuring our bakery runs smoothly.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

Assisting with cash handling and operating the point-of-sale system

Restocking and maintaining the display of bakery products

Keeping the bakery clean, tidy and well-organised

Supporting the bakery team with other tasks as required.

Duties may include preparation in kitchen, production, and front house.

Must follow WHS & food handling standards and obey managers instructions at all times.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

A positive, friendly and helpful attitude

Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends.
