About Us:

Limestone Coast Brewing is a cutting-edge, innovative brewery dedicated to crafting exceptional beer with multiple awards in the Perth Royal and Melbourne International Beer Awards. Our taproom in Malaga is unique in its product offering having won Best of Perth 2024 Brewpub top 3 finalist.

What we are chasing:

All-rounder front of house professional with a passion for beer. Hospitality experience is essential and a love of craft beer is very desirable, we are more than willing to teach if you are the right fit for our company. We are a small successful venue set to grow with a number of initiatives underway.

Your role will be varied and involve much more than a normal pub role. You will be not only serving our beverages and preparing simple food items, with training that we provide, you will be involved in all of the following;

Being passionate about hospitality (pleasant communication with customers, serving beverages and food, leading beer tours, chatting to passionate customers about our beer, FOH cleanliness)

Filling and cleaning kegs

selling package take away and growler fills

Learning about beer! (With some cheeky taste tests)

Pouring lots of beers, ciders, ginger beers, seltzers, and the occasional wine or cocktails

Heating and preparing food produced off site by external kitchens.

Requirements:

Essential –

Passion for beer or brewery environment

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Great work ethic

Ability to learn new things

Calm under pressure

Ability to get to and from Malaga

Hospitality experience

Desirable –

happy outgoing person that likes people
