Caroline Springs Montessori, an early learning centre with strong focus on quality multicultural inclusivity, is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

To be successful in this role you must:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Have at least one year of experience in marketing.

Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to assess market demand, customer behaviour, and industry trends.

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyse market demand, industry trends, and client behaviour patterns to guide service positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand presentation and alignment with company objectives.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying potential new opportunities for business expansion.

Reinforce the company’s commitment to quality education and excellent customer service through all marketing activities.
