The organisation

To achieve this growth – the organisation is building a strong national sales team with a role available in Brisbane – where you will have support and tools to achieve results.

The opportunity

Joining a company that specialises in transport, forwarding, and warehousing solutions, you will take on a hunter-style role—proactively identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into long-term partnerships through your customer-centric and solution-oriented approach. With support from the leadership team and full training – you will be set up for success.

Selection criteria

• Previous external sales experience in the logistics / transport / 3PL warehousing / freight forwarding industry sector
• Hunter approach – resilient, motivated and driven to achieve and exceed
• Advanced communication, interpersonal and influence skills
• Solution focused, strategic sales and customer centric approach
• Computer literate (MS Office) with experience in data driven strategies
• Current drivers license with the ability to travel
