About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Foreman with a carpentry or glazing background to join our team.

This hybrid role combines hands-on site supervision with office-based responsibilities, offering the best of both worlds. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, supervising trades and contractors.

• Maintain strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards across all projects.

• Liaise with the operations team for scheduling, materials, and resource planning.

• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and prestart meetings.

• Assist with quoting, reporting, and office-based project administration.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Carpenter or Glazier (Cert III or equivalent).

• White Card – essential.

• Working at Heights and EWP licence – preferred but not essential.

• IRATA (Rope Access) experience – highly regarded but not required.

• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Clear and confident communication, with great attention to detail.

• Basic computer literacy (email, Excel, quoting software).
