About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This role will see you overseeing a range of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. With head office support in Booragoon, you’ll enjoy autonomy on site while working with a close-knit and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all site activities across assigned projects
Manage trades, contractors, and suppliers to achieve quality outcomes
Monitor timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety standards
Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve issues
Maintain excellent communication with clients, office staff, and stakeholders
Uphold Work Health & Safety, NCC, and company standards on every build
About You
Proven Site Supervisor experience in residential and/or small commercial projects
Strong knowledge of construction practices and compliance requirements
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
A proactive, solutions-driven approach to site management
Trade background or relevant construction qualifications (preferred)
Current White Card
Current WA driver’s license

Competitive salary package: $130,000 – $170,000 + Super (based on experience)
