About the role

As a Site Manager at Link-Force Au', you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Garden Island, WA 6168.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all construction activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team

Identify and address any risks or challenges that may impact project timelines or budgets

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies

Mentor and supervise the site team, providing guidance and support as needed

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and complex construction activities

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing team members

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and technical documents

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
