The Opportunity
This is a career-defining role for someone who wants responsibility and the rewards that come with it. As our Workshop Manager and Second-in-Charge, you’ll lead front-of-house customer service and workshop operations. You’ll bridge communication between our technicians, admin team, and customers, ensuring top-tier service.

We’re looking for a professional problem-solver with hunger, drive, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily operations and job scheduling

Provide exceptional front-of-house customer service

Liaise between customers, technicians, and suppliers

Ensure timely, high-quality job completion

Support the Director in decision-making and operations

Lead by example to maintain a motivated team environment
