You are the type of person who ensures absolute professionalism and execution of all duties, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are catered for, with your cool, calm and collected demeanour.
THE ROLE
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and stakeholders, providing a warm, professional welcome
- Manage the reception area and oversee all front of house operations to ensure a seamless experience
- Coordinate and deliver all in-house events, including catering, room set-up, AV requirements, and event flow
- Manage calendar bookings and schedules for meetings, conferences, and events
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics and high-quality service
- Maintain facilities to the highest standard and act as the go-to contact for all operational needs
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, hospitality, and client care
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in corporate reception or premium hospitality is essential
- Extremely polished in personal presentation, communication skills and administrative abilities
- Qualifications in business, events, and/or hospitality is highly desirable
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA) although not essential would be extremely favourable
- Strong background in event coordination and client-facing roles
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with poise and professionalism
- A natural people person who enjoys building strong relationships
FINE PRINT
- This role is paying up to $95K package
- 5 x days per week, based on site in lovely CBD offices
- 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
