Security clearance Baseline and must be able to obtain NV1. (Current NV1 a plus.)

The Role:

About the project

A Scrum Master / Service Manager is required for CRM / Case / Pega System.

You will support the delivery team, and monitor and improve performance of the team. You will use agile methodologies, learning and iterating the product and processes frequently to meet user needs. You will work with Product and Delivery Managers to remove blockers and support the delivery team so that they can maintain delivery throughput.

Essential Skill Areas

At least 5 years’ demonstrated experience as an Agile Scrum Master in various projects;

Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the core principles of Scrum including adaptation, execution and continuous testing of each aspect of software design;

Demonstrated expertise in sprint cycles and frameworks that support sprint planning;

Demonstrated experience in leading a product team and providing technical delivery management in projects;

Demonstrated experience in providing a best practice and continuous improvement approach to projects in an agile environment;

Demonstrated experience in continuously managing risk in the project including identification, analysis and risk mitigation;

Desirable Skill Areas

Certification(s) in Agile principles;

The ability to work across different tasks with competing priorities as part of a multidisciplinary team, employing agile delivery tools and techniques;

Experience working in a government context with the ability to work pragmatically and flexibly to changing needs;

The ability to work effectively with Line management, the Product and Delivery Manager, and customer stakeholders;

Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with Digital Teams, ITS teams and different levels of stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
