Lead Agile Delivery in a High-Impact Federal Program

• $602.55 per day + 12% super
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

  About the role
  We're looking for an experienced EL1 Scrum Master to support a major Federal Government transformation program. You'll guide agile delivery across multidisciplinary teams, helping to shape services that make a real difference to people and communities across Australia.

  Key responsibilities
• Manage project scope, timelines, and sprint planning
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Support agile ceremonies and coach teams on agile best practices
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies using project tools
• Maintain RAID logs and support resource planning
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Domain Leads to manage backlogs
• Ensure alignment with governance frameworks and escalate issues as needed
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture
  What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  Desirable experience
• Background in the disability, social services, or tribunal sectors
• Experience in large-scale government or enterprise environments
  Eligibility requirements
• You must be an Australian Citizen
• Able to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
