Sydney based Big 4 bank is seeking 2 Scrum Masters on 12-month day rate contract roles.
This is a high-impact delivery role designed for experienced Scrum Masters / Delivery Leads with a strong background in agile execution and hands-on experience across complex transformation programs within banking.

About the Program
This Financial Crime Transformation initiative is focused on uplifting systems, processes, and tooling to better support operational teams in their fight against financial crime. The program is large-scale, Agile and fast-moving, covering areas such as workflow automation, investigations uplift, and new capability design.

The Role(s)
Two experienced Scrum Masters / Delivery Leads are needed to guide agile squads across streams such as workflow delivery, discovery and design, and capability enablement. This hybrid role blends agile coaching and delivery oversight, supporting squads with RAID management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement across business, product, and tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end agile delivery for assigned squads, driving ceremonies and delivery outcomes
• Manage Jira and Confluence to ensure traceability and visibility across lifecycle
• Own RAID logs, resource planning, milestone tracking and dependency management
• Provide delivery oversight and unblock risks to maintain progress
• Partner with Product Owners, BAs and Tech Leads to ensure alignment and prioritisation
• Foster agile maturity through coaching and continuous improvement practices

Your Background

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in complex, cross-functional agile environments, ideally within financial crime or risk / regulatory transformation programs. Sound experience working on implementing new workflow solutions within banking will also be considered.
• Strong capability in agile delivery, discovery-led design, or workflow solution development
• Skilled in Jira, Confluence and agile planning/tracking tools
• Hands-on experience with RAID management, dependency resolution, and milestone tracking
• Effective communication and stakeholder alignment across business and technology

These are 12-month day rate contracts and will pay up to $1000 + super / day.
