Are you an experienced Agile Transformation Coach with a strong background in AWS cloud projects? Do you thrive on driving Agile excellence and fostering cultural and process transformation within complex organisations?
Join a global financial organisation and lead their AWS cloud transformation journey, enabling agility and innovation across their technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the Agile transformation for teams involved in the AWS cloud migration and modernisation projects.
• Establish and operationalise the organisation’s Agile Blueprint, focusing on processes, roles, and collaboration frameworks.
• Champion Agile methodologies to ensure seamless delivery of AWS cloud solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Product Owners, and Cloud Architects, to align goals and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs to elevate Agile capabilities across the organisation.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and mitigate risks to ensure the success of AWS cloud initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Agile Transformation Coach in large-scale organisations.
• Expertise in AWS cloud technologies and leading Agile transformations in cloud migration and modernisation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery in DevOps and cloud-native environments.
• Ability to thrive in hybrid work settings, balancing in-office and remote collaboration.
