Your typical day as an Administrative Officer may include:
• Participating in the processing and quality assurance of offences detected by approved photographic detection devices and taking appropriate follow up action regarding camera and site management, issuing of camera detected offence notices and prosecution case files.
• Providing prompt, consistent and courteous advice to internal and external stakeholders via various channels.
• Ensuring accurate, succinct and timely records are maintained and record notes of conversations, including action taken and advice provided.
• Utilising information systems and conduct enquiries to investigate camera detected offence matters and providing recommendations to supervisors on appropriate course of action.
• Developing effective working relationships and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
• Participating in support a multi-disciplinary team in order to deliver on individual key performance indicators to achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate or rapidly acquire:
• Ability to analyse, interpret and apply legislation and/or policy.
• A working knowledge of digital and data technology/systems.
