Join Eye & Laser Surgeons as our new Marketing Coordinator in a flexible part-time role based in Bondi Junction.

We’re a premium ophthalmology practice specialising in laser vision correction, premium cataract surgery, and advanced corneal treatments. Now, we’re looking for a creative and organised marketing professional to help us shape how patients and referrers experience our brand — online, in print, and in person.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing:

Grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our website

Create engaging social content, blogs, newsletters, and patient-facing materials

Help shape video content and educational campaigns (you don’t need to be Spielberg — just sharp)

Coordinate CPD events, webinars, and outreach to referrers

Draft and edit articles for journals and the public

Keep our branding clear, consistent, and impactful

Use CRM tools to track engagement and help grow our audience

✨ About You:

Experience in healthcare, optometry, or refractive surgery marketing is highly valued

A confident writer who adapts tone to platform and audience

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling tools

Organised, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across teams

Bonus if you’ve worked on CPD events, referrer engagement, or journal content
