Why you’ll love this role
As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our customers. You’ll help onboard new clients, resolve queries, and guide them through our platform so they feel confident and supported every step of the way.

What you’ll do
Welcome and onboard new customers (KYC, document collection, platform walkthroughs).
Monitor fund flows and resolve payment issues with professionalism and care.
Guide customers on how to use key features and resolve basic platform questions.
Handle service queries quickly and empathetically, escalating when needed.
Work closely with Account Managers to improve client experience and retention.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and flag recurring issues to help us improve.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for people who are curious, proactive, and love helping others. You might come from customer support, client services, admin, or operations - financial services or fintech experience is a plus, but not required.
