KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Accounting Operations

Managing the day-to-day accounting transactions

Reconcile Deposits (Credit Cards, Cash, Gift Vouchers, POS)

Verifying balances in general ledger accounts and rectifying discrepancies

Accounts Receivable & Payable

Manage Accounts Receivable -including invoicing, payment tracking, and debt collection

Assist with Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger tasks

Month-End & Year-End Support

Support month- end close activities including balance sheet reconciliations and journals entries

Assist with year-end accounts preparation and group reporting

Financial Reporting & Admin Support

Support the Finance Manager with budgeting, reporting, and maintaining financial records

Maintain asset register, insurance documentation, and related reporting

Contribute to ongoing process improvement within the finance team

SKILLS REQUIRED

3+ years proven experience in a similar role

Degree in Accounting or Commerce

Ideally studying for Professional Qualification (CPA/CA)

Experience in Xero

Manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadline

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills and teamwork skills

Mandarin is a plus for this role.
