This is a permanent or full-time rental managers position based at our Mermaid Waters and Robina complexes.

The salary will be commensurate with experience, qualifications and hours worked.

This is a great role for someone who needs total flexibility in their life, you can choose the hours you want during our work week Monday to Friday to fit in with your family demands (no weekends). Your portfolio will be at the complexes you represent so you "are not" travelling all over the Gold Coast doing inspections.

We are a team of 20 that include property management (team of 4 managing 240 rentals), administration, maintenance and grounds staff that assist managing and working at 10 complexes on the southern end of the Gold Coast which boasts 1000 residential properties.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management portfolio at two of our residential complexes at Robina and Mermaid.

Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations

You will be assisted when organising and completing property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to standards

Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations

Work with our administration and maintenance teams to provide the ultimate experience for all of our stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Current QLD Real Estate Leasing License (minimum)

2+ years of experience in residential property management, with a proven track record of managing rental portfolios - up too 80-90 properties.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

In-depth knowledge of property management principles, laws, and regulations

Proficiency in property management software REI

Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
