Your Day-to-Day

Manage a 130-property portfolio with admin and routine inspection support

No leasing, application processing, BDM, or trust accounting

Conduct entry and exit inspections with detailed reporting

Handle arrears, repairs, maintenance, and lease/rent reviews

Liaise with tenants and landlords professionally and proactively

Attend QCAT when required

What You’ll Bring

Previous Property Management experience

QLD Certificate of Registration

Professional, reliable, and passionate about customer service

Strong written/verbal communication and time management skills

Attention to detail and polished, corporate presentation

Current driver’s license
