Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Project Coordinator to join our team full-time. In this role, you will take ownership of flooring projects from initial measure and quote to final completion. You will work closely with our tradesmen, subcontractors, and customers to ensure every job runs smoothly and to a high standard. When not on-site, you will support our showroom team by assisting with customer service, answering phone calls, preparing quotes, and following up on leads.

Responsibilities:

Conduct onsite measure-ups and prepare quotes

Manage project timelines and oversee all aspects from start to finish

Coordinate tradesmen and subcontractors with an emphasis on consistency and quality

Handle customer communication and follow-ups

Provide showroom support and product advice

Ensure project completion to customer satisfaction

Standard working hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. As a Project Coordinator, you may be required to start earlier or stay later to do afternoon measure ups, address site issues, or meet project deadlines. This role is based on outcomes and responsibility rather than strict hourly tracking.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Previous experience in the construction or flooring industry is a must

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and problem-solve on the go

A keen eye for detail and quality

Valid drivers licence

Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
