Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Service coordinator. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects, provide technical support, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Duties include:

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure projects are delivered as quoted to customers.

Coordinate with the logistics department to procure necessary parts from suppliers for job requirements.

Schedule jobs for pre-engineering in the workshop prior to installation.

Organise the rental of equipment such as scissor lifts when needed.

Ensure all parts are prepared and ready for technicians before installation.

Schedule technicians and contractors for project installations and service calls.

Collaborate with the Security Operations Centre to ensure ongoing site monitoring and managed services.

Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly.

Invoice electronic security jobs accurately.

Address and resolve customer complaints regarding service quality and invoicing.

Qualification/Training/Experience/Skill Requirements

Technical background in electronic security installations and service

Proficiency in Simpro software would be an advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to adapt to changes in the workplace

Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work autonomously
