MACCHS is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Aboriginal Health Clinical Services. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day operations, staff supervision, service planning, and ensuring high-quality, culturally safe care for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage clinical and wellbeing programs

Oversee staff performance, development, and recruitment

Drive service planning, reporting, and compliance

Foster partnerships and community engagement

Ensure WHS and quality standards are met

What You’ll Bring:

Current or studying health certificate or degree

Proven leadership in health service delivery

Strong understanding of Aboriginal health and cultural safety

Excellent communication, organisation, and team-building skills

Current First Aid, Police Clearance, Driver’s Licence, and relevant screenings

Desirable:

Experience with Microsoft Office (Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint)
