Qualifications & Experience

Reporting to the MD, you will most likely be a qualified Electrician or have Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of five years’ experience in electrical project management or senior electrical contracting leadership in the industrial marketplace, preferably including working for clients in the mining and agriculture sectors.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent understanding of electrical systems, switchboards, panel builds and installation processes.
• High-level leadership ability
• Experience in tender management and contract negotiations
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in calculations and cost analysis.
