We’re growing and seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of estimating, contract administration, and the delivery of small-scale remedial projects across Sydney. The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll work across multiple remedial projects, balancing estimating, documentation, and site coordination. You’ll be the professional face of 3Co at tender meetings and client presentations, ensuring that first impressions reflect our high standards and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Tender Management

Manage and support the delivery of multiple small remedial projects including waterproofing and cladding works.

Prepare accurate estimates and tender submissions, interpreting engineering scopes and DBPA-declared designs.

Attend client and tender meetings, representing 3Co with confidence, technical knowledge, and professionalism.

Coordinate project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality requirements.

Documentation & Compliance

Upload and manage project documents via the NSW Planning Portal.

Ensure all works comply with legislative requirements, DBPA standards, and engineering specifications.

Maintain accurate project records including reports, photos, and meeting minutes.

Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination

· Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

· Monitor workmanship quality and adherence to specifications.

· Resolve onsite issues promptly, escalating where necessary.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and strata representatives.

Communicate project updates clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.

Support engineers and designers in design resolution and buildability considerations.

What You Bring

Several Years Experience in Class 2 remedial works, ideally with strong waterproofing and cladding experience.

Proficiency in interpreting engineering scopes and DBPA-declared designs.

Experience using the NSW Planning Portal to upload and manage project documentation.

Strong estimating and contract administration skills.

Well-presented, articulate, and confident in client-facing situations.

Ability to work across multiple small projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

MUST HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS in Australia.

Own Transport required to attend tender meetings
