Admin Officer – Full Time
🕖 Hours: 7am–4pm | 📅 Monday to Friday
📍 Location: Karratha Industrial estate
Are you organised, reliable, and ready to take charge of front office operations?
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
✅ Front desk reception - minimum 1-2 years experience
✅ MS Word – quotes & letters - basic formatting experience
✅ Excel – various procedures - data entry and formatting
✅ MYOB or Xero - general data entry experience and reconciliations
✅ SAP experience an advantage
You’ll need to be confident working independently and managing all front office tasks.
