The Role
Administration assistant role will include, but not limited to:
Calling tenants to book maintenance appointments.
Data entry of work orders.
Liaising with the client to keep them updated with the progress of jobs.
Keeping track of deadline reports.
Invoicing of completed jobs.
Tracking of variations.
Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm
Skills/Experience
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in administration
Have a basic understanding of construction work/R&M work
Be computer literate
Be a self-starter capable of working without direction or micro- management
Be able to multi task effectively
Be well presented and an effective communicator
