About the role

THE Mining Pty Ltd is looking for a Temp Administration Officer to start immediately in Fannie Bay. Flexible hours to suit (30-40 per week), working within the WHS department in a supportive team, $35–$45/hr depending on experience.

What you'll be doing

Providing day to day admin support to the WHS team.

Entering and updating WHS software systems and Registers

Assisting with data entry, filing, and document control.

Helping with compliance paperwork and reporting

Liaising with staff and subcontractors.

What we're looking for

Experience in an administrative or office support role.

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and picking up new systems quickly.

Organised with good attention to detail.

Reliable with own transport.
