We’re looking for a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join the team at BMG Plumbing Services. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. From answering calls and scheduling jobs to invoicing and customer follow-ups, you’ll be helping both our trades team and management deliver great service every day.
Your Role Will Include:
Being the first point of contact for clients – answering calls, responding to enquiries, and managing bookings.
Coordinating and assigning jobs to technicians using our scheduling platform (Tradify).
Preparing invoices and quotations.
Following up with customers to check satisfaction, provide updates, and track outstanding quotes.
Maintaining accurate client records, job details, and contact information in our systems.
Supporting technicians and team members to keep workflows efficient.
Handling a range of office administration tasks, including filing, reporting, and assisting management.
What We’re Looking for:
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or dispatching is beneficial (trade or plumbing industry experience highly regarded but not essential).
Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Comfortable with computer systems – experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
Familiarity with Tradify/ServiceM8, or similar job management systems is highly valued.
A proactive team player who’s detail-oriented and eager to solve problems.
