You’ll join a refreshed operations group working closely with Operations and Production Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders united by one mission: to drive performance, reliability, and growth.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a multi-trade maintenance team (electrical, mechanical, infrastructure).

Own the site’s maintenance strategy: reactive, preventative, and shutdown planning.

Manage contractors, WHS compliance, and site safety systems (isolations, LOTO, inductions).

Improve CMMS systems (MEX, SAP, Pronto or similar).

Partner with senior leaders on plant upgrades and major capital projects.

What We’re Looking For

Electrical or Mechanical trade/engineering qualification (Diploma+).

Proven leadership as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing/industrial site.

Background in shift-based or 24/7 production environments.

Strong WHS mindset — safe, structured, and accountable.

Hands-on leader who can build systems and improve processes.

Confident managing both tradespeople and external contractors.

Salary & Hours

$150,000 - $200,000 + Super

Monday to Friday, day shift (with on-call as required).
