We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team for building and maintenance projects, with a focus on public housing upgrades, responsive maintenance work, and government building FM management. About the Role

As Project Supervisor, you will:

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple projects in the public infrastructure and housing maintenance sectors.

Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, leveraging your network of contractors and access to skilled labour to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Coordinate with client representatives, frontline teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Drive compliance with statutory, contractual, and quality requirements.

Report on performance metrics, project milestones, and risk mitigation.

What We’re Looking For
You will bring:

Builders licence essential.

Strong supervisory experience in large-scale facilities maintenance, housing upgrade programs, or government asset management.

Proven ability to deliver projects within structured government contracts and performance frameworks.

Established network of contractors and access to skilled labour.

Sound understanding of WHS, compliance obligations, and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem solving.

Trade qualification or relevant industry background (desirable).
